Sigma Chi's aren't made, they're found. This is because we live our lives by upholding strong moral values of friendship, justice, and learning. Each semester, we search the MTSU campus to find the next generation of leaders to join the Eta Gamma chapter. Every year we are shocked by the talent and drive our pledge classes bring back to us and we're excited to see who will be apart of the Delta Omicron class this fall.

However, we cannot act completely surprised by the quality of our members. Because Sigma Chi only recruits:

•  Men of Good Character
•  Students of Fair Ability
•  With Ambitious Purposes
•  A Congenial Disposition
•  Possessed of Good Morals
•  Having a High Sense of Honor and
•  A Deep Sense of Personal Responsibility
